Yun Jin Kim

Yun Jin Kim has a Ph.D. degree from Second medical college, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China in 2009. His Ph.D. project and thesis supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC, Grant No.: 90209027/H2718). The biomedical researcher has done by the Department of Physics, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. His research project supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Korea & Cavendish-KAIST Cooperative Research Program. More than 10 years of TCM clinical experience and teaching in the higher education institutions in Malaysia. Currently, an Associate professor of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Xiamen University Malaysia, Selangor, Malaysia. He has been listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientist 2021 by Stanford University (H-Index: 58). Ongoing Scientific Activities include (1) Clinical assessment of Complementary medicine; (2) Complementary medicine educational environment for clinical practice; (3) Epidemiology & Public health, i.e. neurologic disorders / mental health; (4) Longevity; (5) Integrative medicine clinical service for Neurology; (6) Ongoing clinical trial topics are Acupuncture for Anxiety in Parkinson’s disease (NCT04729010) and Efficacy of Moxibustion in Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy (NCT04894461).
