Yevheniia Tovstyk

Yevheniia Tovstyk is a Master's student, pursuing her degree at the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree “International Master on Wine Tourism Innovations”. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from the University of Customs and Finance in Ukraine and the Korea University of Technology and Education in the Republic of Korea. Her academic journey has been marked by a focus on innovations and communications, culminating in her thesis, “Innovative technologies and systems in the tourism industry” and she has contributed significantly to this domain through publications addressing innovations in the hotel and restaurant industries, communication technologies, and expedition methods of research for tourism students. After working in the information technologies company, providing innovative solutions, she deepened her interest, particularly, in wine tourism, and received Erasmus Mundus Scholarship for further education and research. Now, her research interests blend with the studies of customer behavior, customer perception, and, generally, marketing, within the wine tourism industry and beyond.
