Yashar Salamzadeh

Yashar Salamzadeh is a PhD scholar and currently works as a senior lecturer in digital business and MBA program leader at University of Sunderland. He previously has worked as a senior lecturer at Graduate School of Business at USM, Malaysia, as the head of “global strategy and OB” research cluster and the head of micro-credential program. He had published more than 150 research articles in international and national journals and conferences. He has the experience of 14 years teaching in MBA and Master of management courses in five different universities in middle east, south-east Asia and Europe. He has supervised more than 85 MBA and master students and 10 PhD/DBA students. He has led the lunch of a new specialization for MBA courses at GSB, USM on “Digital Leadership” and has developed the “Digital Enterprise and innovaiton” MBA module at University of Sunderland. He has the experience of six years management consultancy for different organizations in Iran and Malaysia. He also has cooperated with more than 45 international journals as an editorial board member and review board member. His fields of interest include Entrepreneurial Universities, Digital Leadership & HRM, Digital transformation, Strategic Management, CSR and Networked Organizations
