Yael Lahav , Ph.D., is a Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, and at the department of management at Bar Ilan University. She specializes in management in the public sector. Dr. Lahav obtained her Ph.D. from the Bar Ilan University. She participated in research on supply chain.
