Ye Xiaofen , associate professor, dean of the School of Business of Zhujiang College of South China Agricultural University, member of the Council of New Business Experimental Teaching Innovation and Sharing Alliance (Guangdong), leader of the first-class undergraduate major in Guangdong Province of Zhujiang College of South China Agricultural University-Human Resource Management. Research directions, which focus on organizational behavior, new retail, business model change, etc. In recent years, she has presided over the construction project of teaching quality engineering in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, the major scientific research platform project in Guangdong Province, the higher education teaching reform project in Guangdong Province, the Xindao Science and Technology-Ministry of Education Supply and Demand Matching Employment and Education Project “Xindao-Huazhu New Business Data Intellectualized comprehensive learning practice and practice base construction” and many other items. Published many papers in core journals such as “Enterprise Economics” and “Business Economics Research”.
