Wong Sing Yun , PhD, is currently a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy in Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). She is also a Research Fellow of Centre for Economic Development and Policy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
