Widad Kinard

Widad Kinard is an educator serving elementary gifted students in the Denton Independent School District. She received her Ph.D. in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas. Her research interests include emerging technologies to improve the psychosocial needs of students, positive experiences with school, digital game-based learning, gamification, learner-centered technology integration, and teacher professional development.
