|Whitney Walters-Sachs - Contributing Author|Dr. Whitney Walters-Sachs is an experienced K-12 school administrator and lifelong learner. In her current role on the senior leadership team at Pine Crest School as the Vice President of School and Legal Affairs, Dr. Walters-Sachs serves as an educational thought leader, school administrator, and trusted advisor to the school's President and Board of Trustees. She works collaboratively with colleagues school-wide to advance the school’s mission, support student learning, promote team development, communicate internally and externally, continuously improve processes, and strategically plan for the future. Outside of Pine Crest, Dr. Walters-Sachs is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt’s Peabody College, where she teaches courses in independent school leadership, action-based research, and the fiscal and legal dimensions of independent schools.
