Wanchunzi Yu

Wanchunzi Yu is an associate professor of statistics from the department of mathematics at Bridgewater State University (BSU). She received her Ph.D. degree in Statistics from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2015. After that, Wanchunzi spent another 2 years at ASU as a postdoc fellow. Dr. Yu started the rank of assistant professor at BSU in 2017 and was promoted to associate professor in 2022. She has taught a broad range of statistical courses, such as Time Series Analysis, Regression Analysis, Mathematical Statistics, and Analysis of Variance. Her broad research interests include the design and analysis of experiments, generalized linear models, mixed models, statistical consulting, machine learning, and big data.
