External Control Analyst - Specialty in Personnel Management at the Court of Auditors. Member of the research groups Innovation and Technology Management at the Federal University of Rondônia (GEITEC) and Research Center in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MAGIS / PUC- Rio).
