Graduated in Pedagogy from the University of São Paulo and in Administration from the Federal University of Goiás. Participation in a course with a Capes grant, under the Internationalization Program of the University Institute of Lisbon - ISCTE / IUL, Portugal. MBA in People Management with a degree in Higher Education. Specialization course in Public Management. Specialization course in External Control and Public Governance. External Control Analyst - Specialty in Personnel Management at the Court of Auditors. Member of the research groups Innovation and Technology Management at the Federal University of Rondônia (GEITEC) and Research Center in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MAGIS / PUC- Rio).
