Vivek Agrawal

Vivek Agrawal is a Professor at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura, India. He pursued PhD from GLA University. His interest areas include e-service quality, education, entrepreneurship, supply chain management and e-learning. He has several publications to his credit and has contributed several research papers to SCOPUS, SCI and ABDC ranked journals of international repute like, Journal of Cleaner Production, Environment, Development and Sustainability, Electronic Commerce Research, Business Strategy and Development, Indian Journal of Engineering and Materials Sciences, Benchmarking: An International Journal etc. He is the recipient of the “Outstanding Reviewer Award” by Elsevier. He is a supervisor for doctoral scholars as well as many masters’ students.
