Violina Popovici

Violina Popovici is lecturer within Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Food Technology. She defended bachelor’s degree in chemical technology and biotechnology, a master's degree in Restaurant Management and Catering Services. The PhD was carried out in the field of Biological and Chemical Technologies in the Food Industry, the topic of the research was about the stabilization of the vegetable oils enriched with bioactive compounds from renewable sources.
