Vincenza Benigno

Vincenza Benigno (Istituto Tecnologie Didattiche del Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (ITD-CNR)) is a researcher who has been working at the Institute for Educational Technology, part of the Italian National Research Council since 1995. She is a psychologist and cognitive psychotherapist. Her interests include e-accessibility and e-inclusion in educational contexts; Initial and in-service teacher training. She has been involved in several projects dealing with the adoption of ICT in an inclusion perspective in situations with learning difficulties, children with special needs, and long-term hospitalized children. Related to the topic “schooling in hospital and in homebound setting” she has been involved in several projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
