Vimal Babu

Vimal Babu is Associate Professor of HR/OB area in Management, Paari School of Business, SRM University, Amaravati, AP, India. He is a negotiation coach and works in the interdisciplinary area of Organizational Behviour and Entrepreneurship. He holds about two decades of rich experience in training, teaching and research in negotiation, leadership and behavioural aspects of employees. His publications are with ABDC-indexed and Scopus listed international journals. He earned his Ph.D. in Management, concentration in transformational leadership, Faculty for Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India.
