Victor Polinger

Victor Polinger graduated from the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the Kishinev State University (now the State University of Moldova). In 1974 V. Polinger earned his doctorate (Russian: Kandidat of science) and in 1987 his habilitation degree (Russian: Doctor of science) in physical and mathematical sciences from the Acad. Sci. USSR. Since 1973 he was a research fellow, then a leading researcher at the Institute of Chemistry, Acad. Sci. Mo. SSR. In 1992 he moved to the United States where he was employed as a physics instructor, adjunct professor, and affiliate professor at different colleges and universities. At present, V. Polinger is an Emeritus instructor at Bellevue College (Bellevue, WA) and an Affiliate Professor at the Department of Chemistry of the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
