Vibhuti TyagiVibhuti Tyagi is working as a Professor in Management Department at the Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad. She received her Doctorate in the area of Business Administration from Dr.B.R Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P) She has more than 24 years of academic experience and is a supervisor to many Ph.D. scholars in the area of HR. She is an Accredited management teacher(HR) and has published more than 20 research papers in refereed International and national journals. She is a member of many professional bodies such as AIMA,ISTD, GMA, TERA, AIMS etc. and has also authored a book on Professional Communication and Organization Behaviour and other book on Human Resource Management.
