Vasyl Stashuk

Vasyl Stashuk is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Author of 275 scientific articles. The main direction of scientific activity is the development of scientific principles of integrated management of water resources and the water management and reclamation complex of Ukraine according to sectoral and basin principles; the development of scientific and organizational principles for the restoration and sustainable development of hydrotechnical reclamations in the conditions of a market economy and global climate changes; development of scientific approaches and a set of measures for the protection of territories and settlements from the harmful effects of water and management of water resources in crisis situations.
