Trent Wells

Trent Wells is the lead agricultural teacher educator at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Dr. Wells previously served as an agriculture teacher in Alabama. He completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Education degree at Iowa State University in 2019. Since 2019, Dr. Wells has delivered numerous course sections addressing various aspects of technical agriculture and agricultural teacher education. Dr. Wells has published extensively on the subject of developing agriculture teachers' competence in technical agriculture subject matter. Further, he actively presents scholarship at professional conferences and meetings. He regularly engages agriculture teachers via professional development activities designed to improve their competence in agricultural mechanics.
