Tracy Poon Tambascia

Tracy Poon Tambascia is a Professor of Clinical Education in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. Her areas of interest include international higher education, higher education policy, issues that affect the practice of student affairs, and minority student success in higher education. She teaches courses for doctoral students and chairs dissertations. Tambascia is active in publishing and research. She has served on numerous invited panels, presented at national conferences, and holds various editorial roles with national higher education journals and publications. Prior to this faculty role, Tambascia worked in student affairs administration. She has also served on the Board of Directors and Region VI Board for NASPA. Tambascia earned her Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Southern California, a M.A. in psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in psychology from Occidental College.
