Tlou Molema

Tlou Molema holds a PhD degree in Adult Education from the University of South Africa. Her research focusses on Adult Community Education and Training (ACET) and explores the role of ACET in equipping adult learners with employable skills. The rationale for her study is to explore whether the Community Colleges are fulfilling their mandate and to suggest ways that can help them transform their programmes to meet learning needs of unemployed youth in Limpopo province of South Africa. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at University of South Africa, Department of Adult Community and Continuing Education (DACCE).
