Tika Koeswandi

Tika Koeswandi is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship Study Program and a doctoral candidate in Doctor of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Currently, she is receiving doctoral scholarship from Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia under Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia. Her research in interests are in the field of Entrepreneurial Marketing, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including global marketing, strategic marketing, and marketing communications. Since 2019, she has published seven ISBN books and a scopus-indexed book chapter. She also owns 15 intellectual properties. In 2023, in collaboration with Prof. Vanessa Gaffar & Annisa Ciptagustia, she created an Android-based application called AVANTI 1.0 that aims to help MSMEs in creating Social CRM. She is also a trainer and mentor for MSMEs in the Digital Entrepreneurship Academy and Talents Scouting Academy program under Ministry of Communications and Informatics of Indonesia since 2021. She is very interested in holding international collaborations with global partners in teaching, publications and other fields.
