Tianhan Gao

Tianhan Gao graduated from Northeastern University in China with a B.E. in computer science and technology, as well as M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in computer application technology, in 1999, 2001, and 2006. He started as a Lecturer at Northeastern University's Software College in 2006, and was quickly promoted to Associate Professor in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar at Purdue University's Department of Computer Science. In 2016, he was awarded the title of doctoral tutor. He has authored or co-authored of over 60 research publications. Next-generation network security, security and privacy in ubiquitous computing, and virtual/augmented reality are among his key research interests.
