Thuraya Farhana Said

Thuraya Farhana Said is a lecturer at Universiti Brunei Darussalam School of Business and Economics, Brunei Darussalam. Her current research interests lie within a larger field of study of strategic management, performance management, organisational development and entrepreneurship. She has contributed articles to international journals such as the International Journal of Public Sector Performance Management and the Knowledge Management Research and Practice Journal. Additionally, she authored a case study for the book 'Case Studies in Work, Employment and Human Resource Management,' published by Edward Elgar Publishing. Since 2017, she has been an active member of the University's team dedicated to entrepreneurship development.
