Thaya Madhavi

T. Madhavi hails from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. She obtained her B.Sc. from Nagarjuna University in 1991 and her B.Ed. from Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam in 1993. In 2012, she earned an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi. Her academic journey continued with a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Jaipur National University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and a PG Diploma from IIM Indore. Dr. Madhavi has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Jaipur National University and Vignan’s Nirula Institute of Women’s Technology and Science, among others. She has also served as an Associate Professor at K.R. Mangalam University and Vivekananda Global University. Currently, since November 2023, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the School of Commerce and Management, Mohan Babu University. With 17 and a half years of teaching and 7 years of research experience, she has contributed significantly to the fields of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, and Customer Satisfaction, among others, publishing over 25 research articles in esteemed international journals and conference proceedings.
