Teresa Paiva

Teresa Paiva is a Professor in Management and Marketing at Guarda Polytechnic Institute (IPG). Has a PhD in Management, specialising in Marketing (Consumer Behaviour area). Holds a master's degree in Business Sciences, specialising in Strategic Management and Business Development and a degree in Economics, and a post-graduation course in Incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurial development centres Direction by the University of Salamanca, and is a certified trainer of Management and Entrepreneurship. Develops research in Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship with several scientific and technical publications, develops activity in trends and product innovation, and works as a consultant for product innovation development. Has experience coordinating several scientific and applied research projects, co-financed by national and/or European funds and participates in European co-financed projects. Has been an evaluator of projects that are candidates for funding programs and business plans, as well as a scientific reviewer, tutor and jury of master and doctoral theses.
