Tara Willging

Tara M. Willging is a doctoral student at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She is a member of the Multilingual Learners in Schools research group at VCU, contributing to book chapters, articles, and presented at VATESOL 2021, SETESOL 2022 and VATESOL 2023. She is an adjunct professor for the graduate and undergraduate teaching and learning courses at VCU. This is her eighth year as a practicing ESOL teacher. Her research interests include translanguaging in education and other assets- based pedagogies.
