Tanya Weiler

Tanya Weiler is a Senior Lecturer at the University of South Australia where she teaches psychology, ethics and academic literacy courses. Tanya was responsible for the establishment and development of the Aboriginal Pathway, an enabling program delivered across five locations in South Australia. Since 2015 she has co-led a suite of professional development initiatives for academic staff to improve student outcomes and her work has been recognised with multiple awards in South Australia and nationally. As a PhD candidate at the QUT Centre for Decent Work and Industry her research examines how recent graduates manage their transition from university to the workplace.
