Tami Seifert

Tami Seifert is a professor of education and senior researcher. Served as head of Academic ICT, head of the Department of Educational Computing, and vice-director of the Teacher Training for Graduates Program at Kibbutzim College of Ed. (2007-16). She has a Ph.D. in Urban Studies and Instructional Design and Technology from ODU, VA in 2001. Between 2003 -05 she completed a post-doctorate on the implementation of handheld computers in education. Promotes Innovative Technologies, online learning, ML, video, and Social Networks in Educational Contexts.
