Swati C. Jagdale

Swati C. JagdaleDr. Swati Jagdale M.Pharm, Ph.D, M.B.A studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University. She is presently working as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics at MAEER’s Maharashtra Institute of Pharmacy, MIT Campus, Kothrud, Pune, (MS), India. She has 15 years of academic experience and one year industrial research experience. She has published more than 80 National and International research articles in reputed journals. She has 03 books to her credit and contributed a chapter for International book. She has published more than 20 review articles in reputed journals. She has worked as a member of Board of Studies for Faculty of Pharmaceutics in Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has been awarded as Ideal Teacher award by MAEER’s Maharashtra Institute of Technology and DR. G.R. Ekbote Women Pharmacist Award of MAHA-APTICON-2016 & Pharma Award-2016 by Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Maharashtra State. She was nominated and received appreciation trophy for SKB Young Pharmacy Teacher of The Year Award of MAHA-APTICON-2016 & PHARMA AWARD-2016. She has presented her research work in various National and International conferences. She has filed two Indian patents. She has completed two research projects grants of Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has guided more than 50 post graduate students and 01 Ph.D student. Presently 06 Ph.D and 06 M. Pharm students are working under her guidance. She is life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India and Indian Pharmaceutical Association.
