Swapna mayee Sahoo

Swapnamayee Sahoo (PhD) is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies GIET University Gunupur Odisha. She has more than 13 years of teaching, research and industry experience. She has more than 9 articles published in The International Journal of analytical and experimental model analysis and Journal of Interdisciplinary Cycle Research, Indian council of social science and research few book chapters and few National and International Patents. She has attended many FDPs, national and international seminars, paper presented in conferences, attended in international webinars and some workshops he teaches marketing specialization subjects, Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship development. Her research area is employees perception towards performance appraisal.
