Sunishtha S. Yadav

Sunishtha Singh Yadav has research experience in the identification of functionally important single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in drug-metabolizing Cytochrome P450s biomarkers (CYPs) including CYP2C9, CYP2C19 & CYP2D6 and their effect on chemotherapeutic outcomes in patients. My research includes the identification of biomarkers and new therapeutic targets to predict the outcomes of chemo-radiotherapy in cancer patients. The area of my research includes Cancer epidemiology, CYP450s, Cell biology, Molecular Biology, Xenobiotics metabolism, Pharmacogenomics, and Pharmacogenetics.
