Sunil Ramlall

Sunil Ramlall is a Professor of Business at Concordia University Wisconsin, primarily teaching in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program and Director of the Masters of Science in Leadership program. Prior, Dr. Ramlall was an Academic Program Chair and Faculty at Western Governors University, leading academic initiatives in the graduate business programs. He was an Associate Professor of Management at Cardinal Stritch University, Hamline University, and an Assistant Professor at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. Dr. Ramlall holds a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in HRD from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Ramlall is a leading scholar in management and learning strategies. He frequently presents at academic conferences including Academy of Management, Midwest Academy of Management, Academy of Human Resource Development, ASBSP, and AACSB. Dr. Ramlall is also a co-chair of the Special Interest Group (SIG) at the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD).
