He earned his Ph.D from Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi in the area of NGO Management. He has qualified UGC-NET-JRF in Management. His academic qualifications include BA, MBA, DCA and Ph.D. He has published papers in Journals of repute indexed and listed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC and UGC care etc. He is a life member of Indian commerce association.
