Sultana Begum

Sultana Begum is Assistant Professor in the Department of Business and Management in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics at Tishk International University, Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq since 2019. She has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management as well as dual master's degrees in Human Resource Management and Finance. She is also a Sun Microsystems Certified Java Programmer. A major asset of hers is her multidisciplinary knowledge, which encompasses a wide array of disciplines. She teaches a variety of courses, including quantitative methods, human resource management, and strategic management. She has over 25 years of teaching and research experience, has published research papers in reputable journals, presented more than 30 research papers in various national and international conferences, and has been recognized as the recipient of five best paper awards. Besides her academic pursuits, she has held leadership positions such as Director, Program Director, Placement Officer, and Dean, and has actively contributed to numerous skill development programs and Women Empowerment Programs.
