Sucheta Agarwal

Sucheta Agarwal is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, Mathura, India. She pursued PhD in Entrepreneurship from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. Her areas of interest include qualitative research, education, entrepreneurship, human resource management, industrial relations and organizational behaviour. Her citations as per the google scholar is 1200+, h-index: 16 and i10 index: 19. She successfully handled the responsibilities of editorial guests in Journal of Enterprising Communities: People and Places in the Global Economy (Emerald), Journal of Family Business Management (Emerald), International Journal of Educational Management (Emerald) and two guest editorial presently in the running stage of Journal of Family and Economic Issues (Springer, SSCI, IF-2.4) and The Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries (Wiley, IF 1.3). She has authored/co-authored several publications and has contributed several research papers to SCOPUS abstracted and ABDC ranked journals of international and national repute. Her recent publications were in the Business Strategy and the Environment, Environment, Development and Sustainability Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Social Economics (Emerald, UK), Journal of Asia Business Studies (Emerald, UK), to name a few. She has also presented many papers in national and international conferences in India and abroad. She is the recipient of the “Young Research Scholarship Award” at AIT Bangkok by GRDS and the “Young Woman Management Researcher Award” by AIMS International. She also received the “Outstanding Reviewer Award” by Elsevier. She is a supervisor for doctoral scholars as well as many master’s students.
