Sonia Singh, PhD., is an Associate Professor of OB & HRM at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, India. She completed her doctoral degree in Management and holds double Masters in Science & Management Program. She is a University rank holder and is UGC NET qualified. She has an overall experience of seventeen years in Academics as well as Industry and has worked with some of the world’s leading organizations. Her key competent areas are HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition & Retention and Learning & Development function. She has to her credit two Patents and authored several research papers and book chapter in Journals of repute. She is contributing her knowledge and experience as a member of Research Advisory Committee in reputed Universities and Editorial board member of International peer-reviewed Journals. Her research interests include Organizational Psychology, Agile HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainable HRM and Leadership Studies.
