Smita Panda

Smita Panda brings six years of academic teaching experience and over five years of scholarly research. Her academic interests encompass entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral research at VIT Business School, VIT-Vellore, India. Additionally, she has contributed as a research assistant on an ICSSR-funded project. Smita has authored various research papers and book chapters, which have been published by esteemed publishers.
