Sílvia Luís

Sílvia Luís , PhD in social psychology, is a professor at Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon,Portugal), where she is sub-director of the master in Organizational and Social Psychology. Her research interests focus on how psychosocial variables (e.g.,management support, risk perception) shape the person-environment interaction in different settings. In the organizational context, her research focus on the implications of this interaction for people (e.g.,adaptation to contextual changes, subjective well-being) and for the environment (e.g., public policies, sustainability in organizations).
