Siddharth Kanojia is an Asst. Professor at Jindal School of Banking & Finance. He holds a Ph.D in Corporate Law & Governance, LL.M in International Business and Commercial Law, LL.B and BBS in Finance. Before coming to academics, he has worked at Jersey Island based Intellectual Property Management Company as Legal Consultant and Manchester based start-up Company as Legal Advisor. He has diversified portfolio of publications in the SCOPUS and WoS indexed journals. He is also an active member in Human Development and Capability Association, USA and Development Studies Association, U.K.
