Shulagna Sarkar has more than 17 years of experience and is currently working as Deputy Chief Manager HR (training and skill development) NLC India Ltd. (A Govt of India Enterprise. She holds a Doctoral and has completed her Master’s in Business Administration. She is a science graduate also holding a Law degree. Her interest areas includes Green HRM, Knowledge Management, Sustainable Development Goals, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc. She has published 13 books in the area of her interest and has published widely in international journals.
