Shivappa B. Gudennavar

Shivappa B. Gudennavar is a Professor in the Department of Physics and Electronics, CHRIST University with over 24 years of teaching and research experience. His areas of expertise include polymer composites for radiation shielding, X-ray fluorescence, neutron star and black hole X-ray binaries, interstellar medium, galaxies. He has 73 research publications in highly reputed journals and over 848 citations with h-index of 15 and i-10 index of 29 as of January 2022. He has been serving as reviewer for several international referred journals such as The Astrophysical Journal, Spectroscopy Letters, Physica Scripta, American Journal of Physics, Canadian Journal of Physics, Journal of Applied Polymer Science, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Biomedical Physics & Engineering Express and International Journal of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
