Shilpi Sarna is working as Professor, (UG Management) Lloyd Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. She has done Ph.D. in Labour Laws from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and having 20 years of experience. She is HR Analytics certified by IIM Rohtak. and expert in the areas of organizational Behavior, HRM, Performance Management, Strategic HR and Stress Management and Labour Laws. She has a keen interest and expertise in HR and organized, workshops, seminar, Conference, FDP and various management development programs for students and faculties. She has numerous publications in national, international, and Scopus indexed Journals.
