Shikha Dixit is a professor of Psychology at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. She has guided several Ph.D. students and published her work in journals of national and international repute. Her research interest includes Health Psychology, Illness Narratives, Gender Issues, and Organizational Behavior.
