Selin Bitirim

Selin Bitirim is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU). She has successfully completed her undergraduate and master's studies in Computer Engineering, building a solid foundation in technology and computational sciences. Her research expertise spans areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, and Decision Support Systems. Selin is particularly interested in applying AI-driven techniques to real-world problems, including the HR sector, to enhance decision-making and optimize user experiences. Her interdisciplinary approach enables her to contribute innovative solutions across multiple domains.
