Sawssen Ayadi is a doctor in marketing at University of Sfax in Tunisia. Her PhD thesis is about environment thematization of experience touristic and the effects of attraction for thematization on consumer experience. Her research areas concern environment of experience, consumer experience, immersive experience, metaverse in tourism experience and the phygital experience in retail marketing.
