G. Saranraj is currently working as a Data Scientist and AI Engineer at DEXA IT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.He has completed a Masters in Data Science program and an advanced programming professional course offered by IIT-Madras in collaboration with GUVI. His academic journey is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at velammal college of engineering and technology. In addition to his academic achievements, he brings four years of valuable industrial experience to the table. This experience has further enriched his knowledge and perspective in the field of data science and machine learning. He had the privilege of gaining valuable experience during my six-month tenure as a Research Consultant at IIT Madras Research Park. His work has primarily revolved around projects related to Semantic Segmentation, Object Detection algorithms, Computer Vision, Autonomous Driving, and various Machine Learning challenges. He is well-versed in utilizing key tools and frameworks, with a particular proficiency in TensorFlow. During His tenure as a Research Consultant at IIT Madras Research Park, He had the privilege of working on two major projects. The first was the development of an Autonomous Wheelchair, aimed at enhancing the mobility and independence of individuals with disabilities. The second project, the “Hashtic Project” (High-Throughput Autonomous Sustainable Human/Goods Transportation for India's next Century), was a commercial and passenger pod project involving rail-based transportation. These projects reflect his commitment to innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of transportation and mobility. In addition to my data science expertise, I have practical exposure to IoT devices, sensors, and edge devices, which has enriched my understanding of emerging technologies and their applications.
