Sara Redondo-Duarte

Sara Redondo Duarte is currently a full-time professor at the Faculty of Education (Department of Educational Studies) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). She holds a PhD in Education, a Master's degree in Educational Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. She enjoyed a research fellowship at the Educational Research and Documentation Center of the Ministry of Education in Spain from 2005 to 2008. Most of her professional career has been devoted to faculty development and management of educational innovation projects. She is a member of the consolidated research group Innovation, Selection and Practice of Teaching Researchers at the Complutense University. Her lines of research focus on faculty development, educational project management and the didactic use of technologies. Previously, she has held university management positions as Director of Educational Innovation and Faculty Development and Director of Student Experience (among other positions) at Universidad Europea. She is co-author of several publications of the Eurydice Network (European Commission), the Spanish Ministry of Education and papers in educational research journals. She has received recognition for good practices in university leadership and management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2021) and the Management Excellence Club (2019) in Spain. She has been honored at the International e-learning Awards in the 2018, 2019 and 2022 editions.
