Sara Elouadi

Sara Elouadi is a Doctor of the Institute of Administration of Companies of Toulon in France, Sara Elouadi teaches finance and accounting in many establishments in France and Morocco. Currently, a professor and researcher in finance at Hassan II University in Casablanca, she is also the author of several scientific articles on employee shareholding and pluralist governance.
