Santa Palella Stracuzzi , EAE Business School, Madrid. She has a PhD in Educational Sciences. Degree in Education, mention in Educational Administration. Master's degree and post-doctorate in Educational Sciences. She is the author of the book Methodology of Quantitative Research, which received the award for best book of the year 2024, currently in its fourth edition. Her lines of research are in the field of Management and Communication, Human Resources, Educational Innovation in Communication and New Technologies, Artificial Intelligence. He has taught subjects such as: Internal Communication, Institutional Image, External Promotion; Communication and Leadership, Leadership for Management, Leadership, Fundamentals of Human Resources, Work Life Cycle, Talent Management, Research Methodology, Epistemology, among others in different Universities in Venezuela and Spain.
