Saifullah Khalid

Saifullah Khalid obtained two PhD degrees: one in Electronics and Communication Engineering and another in Electrical Engineering from Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. He worked at IIT BHU, Varanasi and different Universities before joining the dynamic job of Air Traffic Control officer at Airports Authority of India in 2008. Currently, he is working as Manager (Air Traffic control) at Lucknow Airport. He is Senior Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), Singapore, International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and IEEE. His research interests are in the area of Optimization Algorithms applications for power quality improvement. He has developed three novel optimization algorithms Adaptive Spider Net search Algorithm, Adaptive Mosquito Blood Search Algorithm and Adaptive blanket body cover search algorithm. Dr. Khalid has published around 100 research papers in various International Journals and Conferences including IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer etc. in India and abroad. He has contributed Chapters in many edited books. He is on the editorial board of many International Journals and also in the reviewer’s panel of many International Journals (Including IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, etc.). Dr Khalid has authored four books published by University Science Press, USA.
